Intent on taking the road of the vacation home, after a long search I carefully opted for this apartment because it was ideal for the purpose: it is close to some of the most prestigious monuments of the city, perfectly connected, in an absolutely safe neighborhood, frequented by many tourists, very central but immersed in greenery thanks to the splendid Villa Bonanno, which together with the Royal Palace, embellishes the view from the balcony and guarantees extraordinary relaxation, pure air and shelter from the noise of nightclubs. The apartment was completely renovated in April 2016. It offers 4 beds, with a second bed in a shared space. Spread over several levels, it is independent, fresh, bright, practically soundproofed and equipped with every comfort

Check-in starts at 5:00 PM. If the room isn't booked the day before or the cleaning service finishes earlier, EARLY CHECK-IN IS POSSIBLE.

Check-out is 10:00 AM. No late check-out. If you have physical keys, please place them in the keybox.

Keep the kitchen clean.

Welcome kit: 1 toilet paper, 1 single-dose shampoo/shower gel per person, coffee.

Any future/further needs are the responsibility of the guest.

No drinks. Drinking tap.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

Human assistance is available until 11:00 PM, with virtual assistant support available after 11:00 PM.

There is no option to leave luggage before or after your stay. If possible, use a local luggage storage facility.

Garbage: If possible, dispose of garbage using nearby bins.

Types of entry modes: Vikey keyless, keybox key only or Vikey + keys.

Turn off all lights and power sources such as air conditioners or room heaters when leaving the rental.

Please respect the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

No unauthorized parties or events are permitted.

Respect for the peace and quiet of the neighborhood is required.

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Please note that we do not have private parking. Here are the nearby parking options: Blue lines: Paid parking, hourly rate based on the zone, via the EasyPark app or at totems on the streets. White lines: Free parking. Yellow lines: Reserved for residents, therefore not available to guests. Alternatively, there are several private parking lots nearby, with rates ranging from €25 to €35 per day.
