adadò (ADADO' S.R.L.) is a company based in Bari that has been managing holiday homes and apartments on behalf of their owners since 2018. Today it manages over 400 properties in Puglia and Sicily, with an average guest rating of 8.3.

Booking a home
How do I book an adadò home?
On adado.it: choose the home, enter your dates and guests and pay online. It is the manager's direct channel, with no booking site fees.
How do I pay?
Online, when you book, with Stripe's secure payment.
Until when can I cancel for free?
Cancellation is free up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Is booking direct cheaper?
On the adadò website you get the best direct price guaranteed: you book with the manager, without booking site fees.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
No. Where the city council applies it, the tourist tax is paid at check-in and is not included in the booking price.
Is there assistance during the stay?
Yes. adadò assistance is available 24/7, before and during your stay, on WhatsApp at +39 080 2180803.
For owners
How much does it cost to entrust my home to adadò?
€5 for every night sold. If a night goes unsold, you owe us nothing: if you don't earn, neither do we.
What does adadò take care of for the owner?
Everything: guests, cleaning, maintenance, listing sites, paperwork, payments and even taxes, which we pay on your behalf by deducting them from your earnings.
In which areas do you manage homes?
In Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni and Palermo. In Naples and Padua we collect applications from owners.
How do I apply with my home?
Online, in a few minutes. A dedicated consultant gets back to you within 24 hours and arranges a visit: if the home meets our standards we confirm it in writing and we get started. The application does not commit you to anything.
How do I check how my home is doing?
With the adadò app for iPhone and Android: bookings, calendar, earnings, payouts and monthly statements, always up to date.
